Real Downpayment Assistance has come to Oregon!

Real down payment assistance has now come to Oregon! Movement Mortgage has just launched our new program for down payment assistance. It does cover the FHA, VA, and USDA programs. There is some very wide eligibility on income, so it's excellent there. And borrowers are not required to be first-time homebuyers, which is even better because some programs are now becoming very limited in that area. Here's the kicker though. The big one. It can be from one to four-unit properties. So you can have a client who's going to come in and want to buy a duplex to help offset that mortgage payment. And this program will cover it. This is super news!

The only caveat is that manufactured homes are not allowed on this program. But one to four units - yes. So you could do this on a four-unit owner, occupied FHA. That's really awesome! Give me a call and we can go over the details of this a little bit more closely. But remember, it is just for Oregon.
